A unique concept with a superb art style
This game is fun, challenging, and has great visuals. Much of that difficulty comes from the controls, which are hard to adapt to at first. Still, it's a unique idea and a decent timekiller, so this is a good game in my book if you have the patience to master the controls.
A strange and interesting concept done well
Although it was very short and simple, I enjoyed it while it lasted, and the superb artwork and animation kept me interested the whole way through. A longer, more difficult sequel would be great.
So addicting
I've been addicted to this game since the day it came out. The concept is something I've never seen before and was pulled off very well. It would've been better if it didn't pause whenever a new level started, but I think it works okay this way.
Very disappointing
Not a very good game at all. The graphics were decent, although I'm pretty sure the background was traced. I remember seeing something much like it on the BBS a few months back, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. The guy's expression started annoying me after a few minutes of playing, and not a very fun few minutes.
The gameplay was crap. There was absolutely NO USE whatsoever for jumping, or even walking. The balls came at different heights, which didn't make much difference as long as you swung at the right time. The "HOMERUN!" voice made me turn off the sound almost immediately after hearing it.
Overall, a boring and disappointing game. If this was your first Flash, I'd say it was decent, but DEFINITELY doesn't merit a spot on the front page. I'll be generous and give you a 2/5.
Not bad
Although I encountered many a glitch while playing (such as wall crossing and getting stuck in a spike), the gameplay and concept of it all was great. Powerups would have been a nice touch, but this was still a nice game.
Nothing great
It wasn't any better than MS Paint, and it didn't keep me entertained at all. Sorry, but this definetely isn't Newgrounds content.
Then why did you play it?
Actually quite fun
For a game so simple, I enjoyed it. Rather than having complex instructions that involve doing 5 things at once, it had all of my attention focused on one ojective: Avoiding the red balls. Although this game lacked detailed graphics, the music and addicting gameplay kept me entertained for quite a while. Congratulations on the front page, because you deserved it!
Brilliant
Aside from a few minor flaws, this game was brilliant. Pleanty of levels and characters for the gamer to choose from, as well as a wide selection of weapons (many of which seemed a little too powerful ;P). This has to be the best game of Newgrounds, and I'll be looking for the multiplayer expansion you mentioned to another reviewer. No pressure on you or anything, but I just think multyplayer would make this game flawless in every perspective, despite the few minor flaws I will now mention:
Some of the weapons seemed far too powerful, such as that strange blaster thingy on the Aztec level. Sure, it adds a bit of a challenge, but I think it gave me a little to much frustration. On the other hand, a player's frustration is a good sign for most any game.
I found the game a little too fast-paced for my style. I think you should go for bigger levels where it's easier to maneuver and strategize.
Well, that's about all I have to say. Oh yeah, and this is to all the noobs who say "dude this crap sux go kill urself": Why not try Flash yourself? See how quickly you can come up with an extremely successful frontpage award-winner, and THEN you might want to come back to this Flash and truely appreciate how great it is. Flash isn't easy.
To conclude my review, I'd just like to say that this game should be up on the frontpage for at least another month, and that this author's name will be known among us all one day.

The graphics were great, the concept original, and best of all, it was addicting! You're doing great, so keep up your hard work and it'll all pay off.
A few pointers...
The actionscript wasn't very good, so I'd suggest you study it and actually LEARN it before embarking on another project. It looked as though you just used tutorials as a guide. The graphics weren't anything good, and I didn't see the slightest bit of FBF (although I only played through the first few levels, so what do I know?). Overall it's bad, but I'm sure you've got potential just waiting to burst.
fbf? well i didn`t show you the actionsctript, good eyes, heh. i have learnt actionscript, but I had a challenge to make a game in 2 days, i worked hard at it and i hoped you liked it.
